While Pilot Traders strives for 99.998% uptime and institutional-grade execution speed, the Company is not liable for losses resulting from technical failure, network latency, API disconnects, or hardware malfunctions. In the context of "Aviation-Grade Discipline," users must maintain their own secondary emergency protocols (Stop Losses, manual broker access) in the event of system failure.
