Encryption Standards.

01. Institutional Data Privacy

Pilot Traders LLC treats user data with the same severity as institutional execution logs. We operate on a principle of least-privilege data collection. We only aggregate data necessary for the maintenance of high-performance infrastructure and secure order routing.

02. Encryption Protocols

All traffic between the client terminal and the Pilot Traders network is secured via AES-256 end-to-end encryption. Your API keys, execution logic, and trading parameters are never stored in plain-text and are encrypted at rest using FIPS 140-2 compliant hardware security modules.

03. Information We Collect

• Terminal Identifiers: Required for multi-node sync and secure session management.
• Network Telemetry: Latency data used to optimize order routing paths.
• Account Credentials: Encrypted authentication tokens for infrastructure access.
• Trading Statistics: Optional anonymized data for the 'Discipline Performance Score' engine (if enabled).

04. Zero Sale of Data

Pilot Traders LLC does not sell, lease, or monetize user data to third-party brokers, market makers, or advertisers. We are an infrastructure provider, not a data broker. Our revenue model is strictly subscription-based software access.

05. Data Retention

User logs are retained for a period of 90 days for technical troubleshooting and security auditing, after which they are purged from our active nodes. Users may request full account and data deletion at any time through the support terminal.
